On September 3, 2025, a new art gallery, "Art Liberation Zone Ningyocho," opened in Nihonbashi Ningyocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, as a joint project between SPACE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and tagboat Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo).
Utilizing the 1st floor and basement space of a building owned by SPACE Co., Ltd. in Nihonbashi Ningyocho, the venue has been reborn as a new art hub open to the local community.
■ A New Creative Space Connecting the Community Through Art
"Art Liberation Zone Ningyocho" inherits the concept of the "Art Liberation Zone" that tagboat has been developing since 2020, aiming to provide a space where artists can express themselves freely and to revitalize the region through art.
Through the diverse expressions of young artists, the gallery creates a space where art and local culture resonate, fostering new creative exchanges. We are breathing young sensibilities and the vitality of art into the historic streets of Ningyocho.
