Independent Tokyo 2026

The tote bag specialty brand "ROOTOTE" will be producing and selling art tote bags featuring artists exhibiting at "Independent Tokyo 2026" as an incubation project to provide full-scale support for the careers of emerging artists.
The works of these 33 artists will be turned into special collaboration tote bags, with their designs applied to "TALL," ROOTOTE’s signature vertical model. This initiative serves as a medium to connect artists with society, delivering art to daily life not just as something to "display," but as "art you can carry."
