1986 Joined an IT company and worked as a systems engineer
2009 Began creating digital illustrations
2014 Began self-taught 3D art creation
2019 Retired from previous job and began working full-time as an artist
 
Started drawing at age 46 while working as a corporate employee, and became independent as an artist after retiring from that job at age 56.
Kaeru Tsukino's works are created by layering original digital illustrations like a shadow box, coating them with clear resin, and finishing them like nail art.
