Description: This work, titled "Untitled," is reminiscent of a torn poster on a street corner. The torn fragments are arranged in a fortuitous balance, like puzzle pieces, creating an unstable yet unique expression. The fragments of a face, as if reflected in a broken mirror, have a dreamy gaze and contain an incomplete beauty. The vivid colors of red and blue that overlap in the background reflect the changing waves of emotion and bring rhythm to the entire work. All the seemingly separate elements resonate with each other in an unexpected moment, as if quietly telling us that new possibilities are born from chaos.

Kaoru Fukushima / Illustrator

Born in 1997. After studying abroad in the Czech Republic at the age of 17, he graduated from Hokkaido University of Education. While still a student, he held his first solo exhibition at the Yasuda Kan Sculpture Museum. After graduating, he is currently exploring his own expression as an illustrator and painter.
